The bridge spans the Duderhof Canal and is aligned with Geroyev Avenue in Krasnoselsky District. It is a three-span reinforced concrete bridge. The bridge is 122.3 meters long and 44.7 meters wide.
The bridge is named after Akhmat Kadyrov, the first president of the Chechen Republic.
History
A new crossing in this area was required due to the development of the Baltic Pearl, a new residential district.
The construction work to the design of Peterburgskiye Dorogi (St. Petersburg Roads) CJSC began in 2013. The ceremony of opening the bridge for vehicle traffic took place on May 1, 2016.
